ITX Plus
Universal, Loop Powered, Isolated, Signal Converter
This compact new signal conditioner provides
complete electrical isolation and is ideal for
control system applications with a mix of inputs.
The ITXPlus can measure, filter and isolate
different input parameters, then convert them into
an industry standard 4-20mA output. With this unique
capability and slim profile, ITXPlus offers savings
on both I/O wiring and panel space.

WavePak
DC/DC Current/Voltage Signal
Isolator/Converters
The WavePak DC/DC signal isolator/converter is a DIN rail mount device
that accepts analog voltage or
current signals from field devices and provides an
isolated voltage or current output.
This 4 wire DC input isolator provides 3-way
isolation for any standard DC milliamp and voltage
signal, with better than ±0.1% accuracy (typically
±0.05%), for simple elimination of ground loops and
signal conversion where auxiliary power is
available.

TWI Series
Loop Powered Isolators for 4-20mA loops. Available in single and dual channel units.
The TWI series of output loop powered isolators
(also called isolated two wire transmitters)
eliminate the interference that would otherwise
result from differences in ground potential or
connection method in 4-20mA loops.
They are available as single or dual channel units.
Typically TWI isolators are used as:

Isolators - to eliminate
faulty readings caused by ground loops,
electrical interference and motor noise.

Signal Splitters - to produce two
independent isolated 4-20mA outputs from one
input. Use the TWI-2 for this application by
connecting the two 4-20mA inputs in series.
The outputs can go to completely separate
devices such as control systems, PLCs,
indicators, controllers and data loggers.

Signal Repeaters - to boost signals for
increased transmission distance or allow
additional devices to be connected to the
loop.

The electronic subassembly is housed in a
rugged powder coated aluminum enclosure
which clips onto both DIN and G rail. Wiring
connections are by plug-in connectors on the
front of the instrument.

SFI / DFI
Single and Dual Channel, Auxiliary Powered Isolators
The SFI is a single channel, auxiliary powered,
isolator for analogue current/voltage signals. The
DFI combines two isolators which can be used
separately or as a signal splitter. The outputs have
a high drive capability, which is ideal for signal
booster applications.

The standard package has a
single 24Vdc output to drive a loop powered
transmitter as input. A second power supply
(for DFI channel two) is also available as
an option. The housing is a rugged powder
coated aluminum enclosure which clips onto
both DIN and G rail. Wiring connections are
by plug-in connectors on the front of the
instrument.
